Hike Empire Mine with Khenpo Karma Tenkyong

Join us for a gentle one hour walk through the beautiful grounds of Empire Mine. Part of our time together will be spent in silence, allowing us to slow down, listen and simply be present in nature. At other times, there will be space for conversation and sharing as we walk together.

Afterward, We will gather for a relaxed bag lunch and an informal conversation with Khenpo About our relationship with the natural world, the importance of caring for our surroundings, and how mindfulness and compassion can shape the way we live on earth.

Please bring a bag lunch, water, a blanket or something comfortable to sit on. Most importantly, bring your intention to be present with others and with nature - Whether that means sharing, listening, walking quietly, or simply enjoying the beauty around you.
